About - Evergreen Center, Inc.

	Evergreen Center began as an outgrowth of a Bible-study fellowship that met in private homes and gradually matured into a full-fledged congregation. The ministry was incorporated in 1998 under the leadership of Rev. and Mrs. Douglas Detert. It is registered with the IRS as a non-profit corporation with 501(c)(3) status. Besides maintaining a regular schedule of worship services, prayer meetings, and Bible studies, Evergreen Center also offers annual retreats attended by those who want to know Jesus more fully. Many of these guests have learned of Evergreen Center through the ministry of Rev. Detert in various parts of the United States and in Ontario, Canada.	.
